Features and Benefits
Mushrooms with a high water content and low caloric content. They can be used in various dishes ; to accompany meats, as an ingredient in a sauce, pasta soup or salad, among many other recipes.

For your hydration:
Heat the water, once it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the mushrooms so they can infuse and hydrate. Let them rest for approximately 40-50 minutes. Dry. They will be ready to prepare the dish of your choice.
