Specialty coffee is the purest and most refined product in the coffee world. It refers to coffee beans that have been grown under exceptional conditions, carefully selected, and processed to maximize their unique characteristics. This means the coffee is exceptional in terms of complex and varied flavors, aroma, texture, and balance, with no noticeable defects. It is a more enriching experience for both connoisseurs and new coffee aficionados.
Our Specialty Coffee:
- Origin: Comes from specific farms or microlots, where geographical conditions, climate, and altitude are critical to the flavor profile.
- Variety: Specific or high-quality varieties are used.
- Process: The processes we currently offer are Honey and Natural. The processing method, from harvesting to drying the beans, is crucial to maintaining their quality and highlighting their distinctive notes.
- Roasting: Carefully roasted to highlight their particular characteristics. Specialized roasters take care of every step of the process to ensure the best in-cup experience.
- Cupping Score: Must obtain a minimum score of 86 out of 100 in a professional cupping, evaluated by certified tasters or Q Graders.
