SPECIALTY COFFEE: Excelence in Each Cup

Specialty coffe is the purest and most refined product in the world of coffee. It refers to coffee beans that have been cultivated in the most exceptional conditions, carefully selected and processed to maximize their unique characteristics. This means that the coffee is exceptional in terms of complex and varied tastes, aroma, texture and balance, with no noticeable defects. It is an enriching experience, for both new and experienced coffee enjoyers.

Our specialty coffee: 

    • Origin: It comes from specific farms or micro-lots, where geographical conditions, climate, and altitude are critical to the flavor profile.
    • Variety: Only specific or high quality varieties are used.
    • Process: The processes we currently offer are the Honey and Natural. The processing method, from recollection to drying the coffee beans, is crucial to keep the quality and its distinctive taste.
    • Roasting: It is carefully roasted to highlight its unique characteristics. Specialized roasters meticulously oversee each stage of the process to ensure the best cup experience.
    • Cup Score: It must achieve a minimum score of 86 out of 100 in a professional tasting (known as cupping), evaluated by certified tasters or Q Graders.
